The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), co-founded by researchers from ECCE and Maastricht University's Finance Department were featured in a recent article from Top1000funds.com. The article discusses GRESB's fifth anniversary as sustainable real estate benchmark as well as benchmarking opportunities in new asset classes.
Jeroen Derwall participated in the Robeco Sustainability Debate (in Dutch) on RTL Z on November 20, 2013. Together with Marleen Janssen from DSM, he discussed the stock market performance of sustainable companies and those of sustainability laggards.
